  • AGBH Austria applies to all reservations at Haus Andrea . 

  • The AGBH Austria applies to all reservations at Haus Andrea. Should we be unable to rebook the apartment in case of cancellation, the following fees will be in effect:

    • Down Payment of 200,00 EUR

    • 7 days prior to arrival 90,00 % of the room charge

    • 30 days prior to arrival 70,00 % of the room charge

    • 90 days prior to arrival 40,00 % of the room charge

  • All apartments are non-smoking, this also applies to the balconies. We are happy to provide you with an ash tray in the covered entrance area.

  • Kleinwalsertal charges € 3.90/ night/ adult tourism tax. This will be in addition to your nightly rates.

  • Stays over 10 days receive a 10% discount.

  • To best serve our guests with sensitivities, we do not allow pets.

  • Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 9.30 am on the dates secured by your reservation. We are happy to offer early check in/ late check out if possible. Please check in with us on availability. To welcome you at our house, we ask that you call or text from the road with an estimated time of arrival.

  • Finally, we always recommend travel insurance in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
